Everything great, location is pretty convenient just a few minutes walk from the train station that drops you in Florence or Siena. Also it is located a few meters away from the beginning of a walking path that goes through a massive park. Has a very nice courtyard ideal to have breakfast among the plants. The flat was impeccable, the kitchen is new, everything very clean and tidy.

I praise the apartment and so its owner! THE APARTMENT: The surroundings are impressive and quiet, there always can be found free parking lots. It just takes a pleasant walk (max. 10 minutes) to find a grocery store, confectionery, pedestrian streets, nice shops or a pizzeria... The apartment is gorgeous! Everything is modern, practical and smells great. The beds are super comfortable, the sheets are also amazing. The kitchen is very equipped as well, you can find there everything you need.
