The owner was very helpful, we had problems with the WiFi but she helped sort that out and it was all resolved. The apartment has a very nice, shady outdoors area. It's best to have a car to get to the beach, but I think that applies to most apartments in Chia

Extremely nice and responsive host. Speaks very good English. The apartment featured two kitchens and two bathrooms. It’s equipped with almost everything you can imagine, especially the kitchens. The closest beach is excellent, felt like in the Caribbean Sea. Sandy, but great for snorkeling as well. There are flamingos, too.

Beautiful house, big enough for 3 people, very well connected to the sea and there's a supermarket 5 mins by feet, 10 mins is a nice pizzeria and also a wonderful restaurant with tables on the grass!! Amazing location!

The bedrooms in the basement are very cool, no air conditioning is needed, not even in the hottest part of July. The house is really well insulated.
