We are located in Viale Chia, Domus De Maria, a very short distance from the beautiful beaches of the "Chia" area. The structure is surrounded by a magnificent courtyard on four sides overlooking the magnificent green hills of Chia. Air-conditioned spaces, and all the comforts needed to spend a quality stay: Equipped kitchen - Washing machine - Terrace with garden view - Outdoor furniture - BBQ and outdoor shower. Inside the property, a magnificent and huge lawn is available for guests who want to tan or go for walks, and for the little ones who want to play. IUN: P7357
I would like my guests to spend quality time during their holidays, enjoying the strategic position of my structure. And I will be able to recommend beaches and places of interest, as well as nearby services where you can buy fresh local fruit and vegetables, eat a good pizza or have unforgettable dinners. The structure is impeccably maintained and effectively equipped with all the necessary comforts. The outdoor spaces: courtyard, parking, and garden are impeccably maintained. I recommend interested parties to contact me even if they do not find availability on the dates of their interest, because they could sit at "Appartamenti Stella Marina, Chia" structure owned by my sister Caterina, within the same family villa.
We are in “Chia, Domus De Maria” in a reserved location surrounded by nature. A very short distance (300mt) Market, Caffe-bar, restaurants, pizzerias, direct sale of agricultural products grown in the surrounding vegetable gardens…. Perfect location to reach all the most beautiful beaches of South-West Sardinia. The village of Pula attracts many visitors thanks to the many shops and clubs open at nightly opened. The closest center is Domus De Maria, where there are Pharmacy, Bank, and other services. In the area, there are several archaeological and natural attractions, including The Phoenician-Punic-Roman archaeological complex of Nora and its mythical ruins, the caves of Is Zuddas di Santadi, the wooded park of Is Cannoneris with the beautiful Mediterranean flora and fauna which will make your holiday more exciting ... The car is absolutely recommended to visit the nearby beaches and comfortably reach the surrounding services. Some guests also travel by bicycle but the car gives the opportunity to expand the range of activities that can be practiced in the area.
