The apartament is absolutely fantastic. The refurbishment is very good quality, the furniture and beds also. You get everything from towels, shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, cleaning product. You get a lovely view from kitchen/living room and also from the balcony. The host is super friendly, available all time and very good English speaker. Even we accessed the apartment by code, he personally came to salute us and explain the house futures. We found the apartment very clean and house rules very well explained in the welcome book. You will also find suggestions about places to eat and a lot of leaflets about Val di Sole. The skiboot dryer and ski storage is located in the garage, near the building. Parking is available outside near the building.

As we were on holiday with our kids and grandchildren, it was very convinient for walk with a stroller, a quick shopping or skibus. Also the restaurant is very appreciated. The apartament looks classic and basic, maybe a little bit outdated, could use a refurbishment. The studio apartment is very large and cosy, very warm at all time. Super close to very good local restaurants. In walking distance you have also Coop Supermarket and Ski rental. Inside hotel you have free sauna and wellness center, swimming pool is super small, rather for kids not for adults. There are 4 different saunas. Rooms are small but in good condition. Breakfast is good but not expect a lot of vegetarian options. From veggies there was only lettuce and tomatoes. There was plenty of sweets.

A bit small for a family (not 69sqm, the ad needs correction) but we made it work as it was a short break. Well equiped with ski storage, bathtub, hotel standard fresh towels and bedding, free parking, supermarket and ski rental at short distance. Host was friendly and helpful. This was our first stay in Val di Sole and would defintely be back, great for both winter and summer holiday.
