And an enormous bathroom :-) Safe district (we’ve even seen deers nearby!!). 10 min walk to the train station which is perfect to go to Florence or Pisa. Easy to park a car, and the street looks very safe. Again, a perfect location to travel by car to visit nearby cities/sights.
