I had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was exceptional -- from the interiors, amenities, cleanliness, location, the coordination with the host, and especially the lakeside views. The apartment is located between Menaggio and Tremezzo, while Bellagio and Varenna are easily accessible by ferry. I would 100% recommend staying here! I'm so glad I made the choice to book here.

The location of the house was ideal in all aspects and it was a perfect getaway for family/friends. The facilities were top notch with a very responsive host. We felt home for the duration of our stay here and had to leave this place with a heavy heart :) If you are looking for a spacious place right in front of the lake ( with a view of Bellagio) for your group along with space for your pet and car, please do not miss this one :)

First floor apartment on the waterfront with two balconies with amazing views overlooking Lake Como, towards Bellagio. Large living room and fully equipped kitchen. 100 metres from the Cadenabbia ferry station, so easy access to all the towns on the lake. Our host Lara met us at check in and explained everything, then checked in on us every couple of days to ask if we needed anything. A bonus was the bottle of Prosecco and snacks upon arrival, which we enjoyed on the balcony watching the sun set.

Vittorio is a great host. From the very start (booking) to arrival and during our stay it was very easy to communicate. Vittorio was always ready to help. Upon arrival we got a very detailed introduction to the area and its main attractions, all the recommendations we got for food, visiting places, parking, etc. were great and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has everything you need. It is all new and all items there are very stylish. The views from the windows and from the terrace are gorgeous. Each morning we were finding on our fence a bag with tasty "welcome croissants". The location of the apartment is just great: you feel to be close to all the excitement of Lake Como and at the same time you see the mountains with a beautiful church up there; the minimart store is just two minute walk on a quiet street - and it has all the tasty foods you wish. Two minute walk downhill - you are at the lake, at the bus stop, at the ferry terminal, at the beach and at the start of a Greenway - a picturesque passage along the lake via the towns surrounding the lake. It was just a great stay and we all dream to be back.

They allowed us early check-in and late check-out free of charge. When we told them the cooking pan was burnt by previous guests and we couldn’t find a pot, they brought completely new ones that same day.

Paired with the beautiful view across the lake...what else can you ask for? The apartment exceeded our expectations, in that really everything we needed was provided for. The kitchen was equipped very well, the entire apartment was laid out and thought through really well. We felt comfortable and happy and will gladly return.
