if you want a real rustic Italian experience, you need to visit here. the 3 bedroom house is lovely, clean and has every facility you would need. Such a lovely couple who from even before we arrived went out of their way to make everything perfect and ensure we had everything available to us. Even went as far to have a huge cabinet full of every food/drink we would need, which we were able to dip in and out of as needed… and trusted us to leave some money for it at the end of the holiday. They had bikes, surf board and even the possibility of a loan car if we needed it and were kind enough to collect/return us to the airport for next to no money (only to cover the petrol). Gave us directions/travel/bus/train information for visiting away from home (Pisa/Florence etc). Their garden is beautifully kept and was wonderful to sit out in, on an evening, with plenty of patio furniture and lizards too… Located literally around the corner from the best part of the beach (sandy bit) and an abundance of restaurants, cafes and a brand new biggish Co-op (much nicer than the U.K. ones… has a lovely deli, bakery and the freshest fruit and veg and great fish/seafood choice). The locals are just as friendly

The apartment is located in the very nice and quiet place next to the beautiful park. this is the first big plus for the accommodation. As for the apartment in which we were accommodated for five days - there was everything we needed and I could imagine staying there for much more days. There is everything - kitchen is very well equipped so you can even cook there, bathroom and bedroom were also without mistake. Apartment was very clean, there was enough light in all rooms. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the host Maurizio - he welcomed us with a bottle of wine, fruits from the garden and various food we could take for breakfast. Moreover, he gave us many useful tips where to go, where to eat best meals and what to see around. We felt welcomed and very comfortable in this apartment.

The place is really cosy and very close to the beach. We just stayed a night but we feel it is a really nice place. The host was very thoughtful and presented us with some gifts for us and and for the kids too. The host provided recommendations and was very helpful. The place is very clean and well taken care of.
