Excellent location - in the heart of the historic center. 2 minutes from the elevator to the underground car park where we parked the car. Authentic and very stylish apartment with a total of 5 wonderful terraces. Enjoy your coffee on the roof, with a panoramic view over the old town and the valley. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hostess was very kind and responsive.

Very friendly and helpful owner. She called a taxi for us the last day to go to the train station. We had the one bedroom trullo which was very well-equipped, very clean and very comfortable. The owner left cakes that were sufficient for breakfast.

Fitted with a balcony, the units offer air conditioning and feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bidet and slippers. Every unit includes a coffee machine, while selected rooms are equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. At the apartment complex, all units include bed linen and towels.

The location is perfect. It is in the beautiful old center of Martina Franca close to all the sights, restaurants and stores. You are looking out on the Basilica. The church bells are not loud and didn’t bother us at all. The host and his son were very helpful and kind, and assisted us with carrying our luggage up the steep stairs. There is an underground public parking garage close by where you can park your car for €10 a day. Take the elevator up in the parking garage and you’ll be a 5-10 minute walk away from the B&B. It is hard to find parking in the old town, so I strongly recommend using the public parking garage. We had to search for the property a little bit. It is located next to a restaurant (I didn’t write down the name), and also opposite a restaurant called Ristorante Garibaldi. I strongly recommend this property to people who don’t have difficulties walking stairs.

The apartment was outstanding in all ways: close to historic centre, clean, incredible valley views, attention to detail and beautifully furnished, well stocked with breakfast and other foods, fresh sweet breads delivered daily by our hosts. Our hosts went well beyond providing a memorable experience. Their kindness and generosity surpassed any experience travelling. Picked us up at the station and drove us onward to Matera to avoid a 5 hour bus trip. The best hosts ever!!!

We had a wonderful week at Dimora del Sole. We have been renting apartments on our trips to Italy for six years and this is by far the most comfortable apartment we’ve stayed in. Gabriela has thought of everything when furnishing this apartment! It is modern, clean, and bright with lots of natural daylight and the decor is charming. The bed was very comfortable and the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could need — it even has a washing machine! There is a second bedroom with two single beds, making this apartment ideal for a family or group of friends. The bathroom is modern and spacious with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Gabriela and her family were friendly and welcoming, available to give recommendations and eager to make sure we were comfortable. The location of this apartment is in a very quiet area of the Centro Storico of Martina Franca. Excellent bars and restaurants are within a few minutes’ walk. This is a great place to stay for exploring all that the Val d’Itria has to offer and would be an especially good choice for an extended stay.

    This is a great apartment for a short stay or as a base if you will be out all day exploring as it is comfortable and clean, with all the facilities you need, and it is just a 5 minute walk from the main beautiful piazza in Martina Franca. I would not recommend it for a longer stay however as there are no windows or natural light in the kitchen/ living area.

    Very clean and modern apartment with good facilities and very close to the town centre. Did not meet Giuseppe but he was very responsive to any messages and very helpful. Would fully recommend

    Fabulous little studio flat with all you need for a stay in the historic centre of Martina Franca. The place is impeccably clean and appreciated a clean/fresh towels 2 nights into my stay.

    The flat was really spacious with every facility we could possibly need. There is also a roof terrace shared with one other apartment but there was no-one staying there so we had it to ourselves. The flat is super clean and we were really comfortable here - it looks even nicer than in the photos. The hostess Carmela and her friends who met us when we arrived were really friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

    Apartment is new, clean and comfortable, with good heating. Kitchen equipped. Parking space reserved inside the condominium, which is great. Location good, 5 min by car to the historical center.

    Great huge room with everything you may need and even more. The location is just perfect, the area is so vivid, historic and different than any regular flat. The host give us the key and explain everything fast and accurate. The room is quite big even we were 2 adults and big kid. The bathroom is great. In the kitchen they have so many things you may need and even more. The little touch is everywhere. Definitely recommend staying for a night in these apartment in Martina Franca. This city at night and this apartment is just magical.
