We were greeted by Sonia e Santo both easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate our needs. The owner Angelo was warm and friendly and let us find his special wine and local sweets in the apartment. It's a fantastic location in a quiet neighbourhood close to many supermarkets. The terrace was stunning too!

The House it's situated on a hill with beautiful seaview of Marxanemi town. In the house you have everything you need, from coffee to mineral water and complimentary local almonds. Everything in the house is attention to little details. The Host Salvatore he's very helpful and commutative, he responded to my questions very fast and accurately. Parking your car is very easy outside the property. I would definitely recommend this holiday property.

My friend and I had an amazing stay. The host was a nice guy, always available to help. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom in a cozy space in the center of Pachino. I will go back for my next stay around this area.

Recently, my family had the opportunity of staying at Villa Berenice in Granelli (Pachino). We had a spectacular vacation and I have many good things to say about staying at this property. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to keep you and your family comfortable. The villa has had a total renovation and has the latest in all appliances needed for your stay. The villa is located in a quiet location close to a beautiful beach. This is the perfect place to bring your family! I would like to say a special thank you to the landloard, Mr. Masssimo. He was extremely helpful in making this the trip for my family. I highly recommend Villa Berenice for a family vacation.

    We stayed here for 1 month! The apartment is very well suited, everything we needed was available. The location is also very convenient - there are a few shops and cafes around and it's easy to get to Pachino cetnre. The beach is quite far so if you stay here for longer, you might want to rent a car and visit some beautiful beaches and towns in the area. It's also possible to visit some of them by bus.

    A little gem! The location feels remote but still very accessible. Inside was spotless and contained anything you may need for a short stay. The outside area was so beautiful especially at sunrise and sunset. The only downside is that we stayed only for one night. Would definitely return when back in Sicily! Highly recommend!

    The apartment itself is new and very clean. The owner was very nice and helpful. She used Google translate to tell us about the beach and clay cliffs and she even made us homemade sundried tomatoes and a key chain. The grass area towards the beach was exceptional with games such as chess and pétanque. There was two hammocks and outdoors showers. Stairs were going straight from the property down to a sandy beach.

    The hostess was very pleasant, welcomed us warmly and explained everything carefully. She even very willingly helped us with the car rental facility, without which it is difficult to get to the sea in this area.

    Standard flat in ground floor rebuilt to 4 bedrooms and bathroom. Nothing fancy, but simple and clean. Good comunication in english. Cheapest in area. Best value for money.

    Perfect place to experiment Sicilian life. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious, calm and relaxing, near the sea (10 to 15 min walk). The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. A taste of Sicily!
