We liked absolutely everything! Much, much better than our place in Palermo. We had to look for a place to stay as our flight had been canceled due to the fire in Palermo. If we had come across Colle del Re Sicily before, we would have stayed all our days in Palermo at it. To stay in Palermo with a car is not convenient at all! Constant worries due to ZTL, the city smells in the summer, very dirty probably because of the many tourists, summing up, run away from Palermo if you rent or have a car. Colle del Re Sicily lies in Partinico, conveniently close to the airport as to Palermo. Our car was parked just in front of the door of our flat. Quiet place. Supermarkets and restaurants around. Not to mention the politeness and kindness of Mrs Nadia, owner of the place. I do hope she and her family gets recognition and success for their work and cozy place.

Emmanuela was very helpful, had stocked the kitchen with basic stuff like coffee sugar tea salt etc. She went extra mile in making guests comfortable. + She was also very helpful in recommending many nice restaurants locally in Partinico. + Very good wifi , parking. + Very comfy beds, sofa and tables.

The communication with the owner was excellent. She gave up her Easter-day time to check us earlier than agreed. She responded to our "needs" straight away. She has waited for us with cofees and water. After a long journey it was very welcome! She is great. The house has every thing and beyond you would have expected..even cling film..spotless clean & secure. Very peacefull place. Coffees on the roof terace is wonderful - with the view of the mountains and sea and the sounds of the birds! For us, traveling by car, was everything we expected. The place is out outside the city, therefore a car is mandatory! Restaurant1s and shops reachable by car.

The apartment has everything you need even for a longer stay. We chose the accommodation with the need for a location for easy access to the highway and the possibility of parking a rented vehicle.

Friendly host, Antonino, welcomed us and showed how everything worked. (Antonino also produces his own wine - we tried the Merlot and it was great!) Although it was initially very cold when we entered, the a/c and heaters warmed up the apartment quickly. Well-equiped kitchen (no microwave, though, but that seemed common in all the places we stayed in Italy)

The garden and the pool area were perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful, they let us eat fresh veggies straight from their garden. You can see that they pay attention to details and highest standards.
