This is just an amazing place! It is located very close to the beach (2 min by car), the owners are extremely kind and the apartment was very clean, well equipped and recently renovated. The house has a shared kitchen/living room with big tables, couch, tv, games, fireplace for winter and big kitchen. We were lucky to be the only guests for the night so we had everything for ourselves :) but for sure it is also very nice to share and get in touch with other guests. The owner offered us fresh vegetables from the garden which were delicious. The big terrace with a nice view into the nature is perfect for a dinner outside. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back one day :)

Really perfect place for holidays! The room was large, modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty and we always got enough. The lady was so much nice, friendly and helpful! We could also use their bikes to go to the beach or to the town. Parking was for free and always available in front of the house. Close to the beach and town center but very quiet place. 100% recommendable!

For me, this was perfect - a really spacious modern flat, full of light and air, spotlessly clean, in a quiet residential area but less than half a mile from the city centre (a bit further from the beach, if that's your bag - but I was offered a free bicycle!) Two big bedrooms, a very large sitting/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a quiet verandah. And the Lucia and Francesco (mother and son) were friendly and helpful but completely unobtrusive.

Everything was amazing. It was a spacious apartment where I had all I needed for my stay: wonderful fully equiped kitchen in a confortable living room, washing machine, full bathroom...perfect for a long stay. And apart from that everything was perfectly clean and organized. The appartment is not in the center which is perfect to be able to rest in a calm and family friendly area after spending the day in the livefull city, but you can be there in less than 20 minutes by walk or 10 in bus. In 15 minutes you can be in the beautiful Baia Flaminia and there is a supermarket at 6 minutes and another at 12, all by walk. Its a small city and everything is handy. The appartment is next to the main family house and the owners are absolutely lovely. They were so helpful at all times and I really felt welcome and safe there. The man that runs the booking was so nice too. Really, It was an amazing experience, I will definetely book this place if I come back.

The hosts Davide and Elena were welcoming and helpful,Davide kindly offered to pick us up at the station and was in touch regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.

We arrived with our dog and all was fine. Rooms were clean, but beds not as comfy. Breakfast was limited, if you don't prefer sweet options, but if you prefer Italian breakfast, there were many choices. If the staff were more smiling, I would give a much better rating.

The apartment is very comfortable, it was just perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids), with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, also for the kids. The flat is in a nice and clean building. The interior is very new and super clean. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. Finally the flat is in a great location, well served with bars and supermarkets nearby, close to the city center and well connected with the main roads leading to any other major attractions in the area. Great deal! Highly recommended.

The staff spoke English with us and helped to find a parking area for the car. (Letting them manage the parking seemed too complicated for the short stay). The breakfast was okayish, but that was most likely due to the pandemic. I think they made the best of it, still! The location is central enough to reach the beaches and restaurants easily by foot.
