First of all, the communication with Sergio was more than easy, he is a really great host and did everything he can for us to enjoy our stay and adapt to our arrival time. The flat is confortable, clean and very calm and we found easily were to park in front of the building. Sergio was very reactive and helped us with an issue on the heater.

Our idea was to visit Cinque Terre, so the location if you go by car is perfect, close to La Spezia to catch the train at the central station. The owner was very kind, he shared basic information with us and they have a free check-in system which makes it very convenient especially when you arrive at night. The house has what is necessary for short stays and was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed for the kids was fine too.
