The amazing view on the harbour, the kindness and availability of the management, the attention to every little detail. Nice quiet part of city. Short walk to the store. Full kitchen was great. The communication with the owner worked well, all our questions were answered and they had great ideas on sites to see.

The location was perfect. It was clean, quiet and as advertised. The check in process was easy and the manager was very helpful. It was easy to find the property and parking was on site. A very good place to stay for exploring the area and being close to bird observation sites.

The grounds around the site are beautiful, and it is a short drive to Porto Ercole and Orbetello. Some of our friends arrived late after the reception had closed, but they willing gave me the keys so I could pass everything on when my friends arrived. Francesca at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Communication may be limited if you don't speak Italian, but I was able to translate for my family so had no issues.
