The apartment is spacious and located not far from the sea shore and the railway station, from which it is very easy to get to Livorno and other cities, such as Florence, Pisa, etc. The apartment is very stylish, featuring vintage furniture and very modern and stylish kitchen appliances, such as a microwave, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and even a fresh juice maker, thanks to which we could enjoy fresh orange juice every morning. The double bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We also used the spacious couch in the living room for the kids. The owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful, and was in contact every time we needed.

We arrived quite late (9pm) and was a bit worried. The host perfectly organised our welcome, keys, house tour, wifi, rubbish selection,laundry etc.. Everything we needed was responded very very quickly. The host was so friendly and very pleasant person to talk. He made everything so easy and no hassle. We were given a lot of information about where to go shopping, eat, play, sightseeing.. It was Fantastic hospitality. It could not have been better. We have got children so the location was perfect for us. We made 1 day tour to Florence, 1 day swimming to the beach, 1 day tour to Pisa, then the beach, another day tour in Florence..etc.. It was just a middle of everything. . The Roman cut swimming pools at the rocky beach were just priceless. We definitely recommend this place 200% specially if you have children. We extended our stay 4 more nights!! It says all!!
