Almost everything! The host is so lovely (She was sympathetic and picked us up at the train station late at night!). The apartment is excellent: very clean, neat and had everything necessary for cooking. It is at a walking distance to supermarket, shopping mall, Pizzaria, two laundries, pharmacy and coffee shops. Not far from historical part of town and train station. Easy to go to Modena, Parma, Bologna, and surroundings. And a walking distance from Suassuolo’s stadium if you’re a football fan like us. I highly recommend it!

I liked everything in this apartment. It is the same as in the photos, very modern, nice design, and beautiful decor. The owner is very responsive, he helps immediately in case you need something. For example more keys, late check-out etc. Check-in is very easy. Big rooms, comfy bed, plenty of storage. There is everything you could need: a coffee machine, iron, iron board, washing machine, dishwasher. I would definitely return to this apartment. Very central position, near to everything in Reggio Emilia.

The location is near the center. There is practically a center. 10 min. walk to the train station and there is a bus station too. There is also a supermarket Despar nearby. Near is Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali where we came. Very beautiful colorful apartment in Italian style. We were just in awe of it. This is such an immersion in the Italian environment. Responsive staff who were constantly in touch, like family. Convenient check-in, you can do it yourself.

Such space and excellent self catering facilities. Tranquil location, with a private terrace overlooking a green garden, vines with hills in the distance but, still feeling part of Italian life and culture. Very comfy bed, crisp, clean linen and air con. Convenient, free parking just down the private road. The hosts are welcoming and friendly however, never intrusive and always available to help with anything.
