Almost everything! The host is so lovely (She was sympathetic and picked us up at the train station late at night!). The apartment is excellent: very clean, neat and had everything necessary for cooking. It is at a walking distance to supermarket, shopping mall, Pizzaria, two laundries, pharmacy and coffee shops. Not far from historical part of town and train station. Easy to go to Modena, Parma, Bologna, and surroundings. And a walking distance from Suassuolo’s stadium if you’re a football fan like us. I highly recommend it!

For example more keys, late check-out etc. Check-in is very easy. Big rooms, comfy bed, plenty of storage. There is everything you could need: a coffee machine, iron, iron board, washing machine, dishwasher. I would definitely return to this apartment. Very central position, near to everything in Reggio Emilia.

    The room is newly innovated and fully equipped e.g. washing machine, coffee maker, big refrigerator, hair dryers, etc. The host is very nice and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water on the first day of our stay. Then host immediately came to the apartment to fix all the problems. I highly recommend this place for the stay.

    About a 20min walk from the railway station, very close to some nice restaurants, pasticcerias, bakeries, shopping areas, etc. A quiet & unusual place to stay for a few nights -- a comfortable renovated "loft" in an old building with vaulted ceilings, but it's on the ground floor, under another apartment! The host, Giovanni, was very friendly, helpful & attentive, via WhatsApp.

    A beautiful and charismatically restored apartment set within an old and grand family home. Such space and excellent self catering facilities. Tranquil location, with a private terrace overlooking a green garden, vines with hills in the distance but, still feeling part of Italian life and culture. Very comfy bed, crisp, clean linen and air con. Convenient, free parking just down the private road. The hosts are welcoming and friendly however, never intrusive and always available to help with anything.

    The decor and colour scheme of the apartment were beautifully done. The bed was very comfortable. Near all mod cons. Perfect for a short stay in Reggio.

    Perfect location for a short stay. The apartment is really amazing, elegant and clean. The surroundings are quiet and lovely. The best thing is the balcony and the view of the hills around. You can park the car in the street near the house.

    Cute studio in the heart of Reggio Emilia. Super friendly and helpful host. Plenty of space in the apartment and kitchen has everything necessary. Very clean. Air conditioner is also great during the summer heat.
