Perfect location, 30m to coast, underground parking is gold value. Someone commented earlier about extra pay for the towels, sheets - which was not the case for us at least. The staff was super nice and very helpful. She even came to work just because of us to complete an early check out as I had to start driving back because of work at 4am. Also worth to mention that you can use the sweet water pool of the hotel opposite, which is gold value, too - especially end August, beginning September due to the weather or if you find the maffia at the coast not your thing (to pay 20 euro per day for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella with a distance of 50cm to the neighbors)
