Autentica Ortigia, apartment in Siracusa

All units include a balcony and a cable flat-screen TV equipped with streaming services, as well as air conditioning and heating. Each unit is equipped with a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms are equipped with a terrace and some have sea views. At the apartment complex, every unit comes with bed linen and towels.

The self check-in was more comfortable than any other hotel. The room was nice and clean and the location is perfect. The owner texted us few times during our staying to make sure everything is ok.

Kitchenware is also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, all units come with bed linen and towels.

Do not get disappointed by the outside look of the hotel. The appartments are great, very modern and nicely furnished. The view is marvelous. You’ll see the sea, parts of the town and when the sky is clear even vulcano Etna. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Nice bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine and a dryer that you can use. Marcello is a very friendly host, extremely helpful with any requests and speaks very good English. There is a nice market right at the hotel almost every day. Yes, the club opposite to the house plays music in the evenings but as the windows are soundproof this is not much of an issue. Airconditioning is available. Great hotel to stay alone. You will not feel lonely. The location is right on the island of Ortigia and you can reach all sights in walking distance. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The accommodation was great, well located, spacious, clean. The host was really nice, she came to gave us the keys personally and was very friendly and polite, went above and beyond to make sure we don't need anything. She also met us to take the keys at the end of our stay (even though she didn't have to) and asked about our experience. It was also great to have a small table at the terrace in front of the rooms. Even though it's right next to the street, the fence with greenery creates a nice atmosphere. There was equipment for a coffee which was a big plus. Overall, the value for money was really good and we will definitely come back here next time we're in Siracusa!

    Siracusa is a wonderful place and the apartment is ideally located. In March we had no issue finding a parking place and everything is within short walking distance This very quiet modern apartment makes the most of its surface area in a much sought after district, there is even a washing machine! The owner was very attentive and reactive.

    The apartment is very central, just some steps from the Piazza del Duomo and there are 2 nearby restaurants in the corner. We have a rental car and Lucia helped us to locate a free parking place outside of the island.

    This is a very nicely renovated apartment, which used to be a storage/fridge in pre-electricity days. It is in an excellent location, very close to the market, and a very short walk to the centre of Ortigia, but is very quiet and peaceful. Note, we stayed in 'the loft' - it isn't actually a loft, its on the ground floor, and opens directly onto the (very quiet) street outside.

    We didn't end up staying here, as the apartment didn't meet our expectations. It was clean and tidy inside the apartment. Internal studio as pictured. Large modern bathroom with new washing machine. Host was very responsive and communicated quickly.

    Cosy studio apartment located in a quiet street just a few steps from the Cathedral. Clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed weekend in Ortigia. Lots of nice cafes, wine bars & restaurants around. Easy check in and great communication with the host.

    The apartment was exceptionally clean with everything you could possibly need in a holiday apartment. The location excellent an easy and enjoyable walk into Ortega in late September. The hostess was incredible, she was always available via message gave very clear instructions and helpful suggestions for car rental, sights and restaurants.

    It was in a nice location, walking distance to the archeological park. Shops and eateries also a quick walk away. Lovely studio apartment, cozy and well equipped for a short stay. Also had a washer available but we didn't use it.

    Really cool modern apartment on a quiet artsy side street in Ortigia, close to lots of good shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen with everything clean and orderly. Very cool loft with a futon!

    The studio apartment is very close to Porto Marina (entrance to Ortigia) threfore it is very close to the city centre. The side view is very nice. Its an excellent place for two people for short stays. It has pleanty of antural light, three balconies, A/C, kitchecn stocked with utensils, plates, tea, milk and coffee pods available and also crackers, butter, jam and chocolate spread, just enough to have something before heading out to get some amazing sweet/savoury items for breakfast from the many bars available near by.

    Best self catering apartment we stayed in during our entire trip to Sicily. Very clean, stylish, spacious and attention to detail. As we also had a car rental,it was great to have free parking in the vicinity.
