The location is amazing. You are just 30 metres from the Iseo Lake. If you wish, in just 100 metres, you can take the boat from Riva di Solto and visit Montisola and other small villages along Iseo lake, You can have breakfast and other meals on the balcony watching and enjoying a wonderful lake view. I do recommend staying at Alex's lake House if you visit the Iseo Lake. Thank you! We will be back soon. Federico and Miriana

Shampoo, towels, slippers, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, comfortable bed. Even hydromassage bath ) Very clean everywhere.     What a beautiful place, amazing hosts they were so friendly and generous with their time and knowledge of the area. The view from the balcony was beautiful, so peaceful to sit. The kitchen was so well equipped, we had a lovely gift of pasta and really enjoyed that!! Very comfortable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Such a peaceful beautiful place, we had the best time and that was made all the better by the hosts and the apartment. I would recommend this to anyone! Thank you so much!

    First of all i would like to appreciate for the owner, his Mom meet us at the property at 1 o’clock in the night and helped us with everything. Her hospitality was more than 10! Beautiful set for pasta, coffee, tea.The view is breathtaking, apartment clean and cozy with all you need for cooking and comfortable stay. Also parking place behind the property which was very important for us. We would definitely come back❤️

    The house and garden look like a fairy tale ! Amazing views over Lake Iseo and excellent facilities, including a pool and indoor play area for children. The apartment is on the upper floor with a mezzanine for kids with lots of toys, the view from the balcony is to dream for. The owners Marianna and Enrico are lovely and always keen to help. The indoor space is perfect for a family of four, while the outdoor space could fit a big party :)
