Mariella's splace feels like coming home. She is there when you have questions and always with a smile! A very nice view from the kitchenarea and terrace. The appartement is very spacious and the garden is very well maintained. I could stay much longer if it was possible. They were also very kind to my little dog... so +++! It is a calm area, but it is near beautiful little villages and places to visit.

A lovely place to stay for a few nights amidst peaceful countryside - a short drive to wonderful Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana. Two apartments side by side - though we had the place to ourselves. Spotlessly clean and a good terrace space at the front to sit and eat. The small plunge pool was glorious at the beginning and end of the day. Daniela was delightful and the home made jam and honey much appreciated.

Rooms (or some of them) are pretty basic and not terribly spacious but clean - don't forget you're in a former fortress. And you should be outside most of the time exploring this gem of a little town (plus the nearby Pitigliano). Breakfast is very frugal (and that's not surprising in Italy) but it's still better than nothing. The free parking at the entrance is a major plus.
