The location was tranquil. My husband slept so well after many, many years. The property is clean, spacious and has good shower and nice simple kitchen. We wanted a sea view in the morning and evening. I enjoyed my coffee morning on the seaside—a beautiful Sunset with a glass of wine. There is a supermarket, pharmacy,bar and restaurant about 10 mins walk. We are a family of four, we didn't hire a car, we walked and took buses and taxis. We learned to take the bus to the other end of the beach and the centre of Cagliari. Gianni, the owner, is at your disposal and ready to help you if you need anything. If you want to visit the buildings more than 3,500 years old, he could help you give you the information.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, lots of space, big rooms, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed- we had everything we needed. Views from the balcony stunning! Apartment is close to the beach- 10 min walk. You could get to Cagliari in 25min by car - such a beautiful city. I would definitely go back there again.

Max and Lory were extremely hospitable and generous and went above and beyond. The room was lovely and very comfortable for the two of us with a well equipped kitchenette. There was loads of food for breakfast (they leave it in the kitchen so you can help yourself any time without them disturbing you)The pool was very clean and the outside space was lovely.

We had a very nice stay in this house. Rosie was very nice and explained everything and was also easily reachable on the phone when needed. We had enough space for our family and everything was close by with the car (shops, restaurants and beaches etc). The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was VERY clean, you do not see it this clean often. The host was beyond friendly, and helped us with making sure we found a nice facility to do a covid test for returning. The apartment itself is also very nice, would recommend for couples and if sleeping on a couchbed works for you, its also very good for two couples.
