I would like to start by saying that the house is in an extremely picturesque location and the terrace offers a wonderful view of both the mountains and the sea. And by thanking to Rosella, who took care of us like family during our stay. In addition to the apartment with a terrace, we also had a cosy courtyard at our disposal, where we could also park the car in the shade. The terrace is locked with a gate, which was vital with a one and a half year old child. Even in extreme heat, both indoors and on the terrace remain cool, so we didn't even use the air conditioning very often. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need on holiday - right down to beach umbrellas. As for the beach, there are several to choose from within a few minutes drive. Overall, both the apartment and the yard are extremely clean and well maintained, a place you will definitely want to return to.

We also loved the location closeby to the sea and it had all the amneties that were listed. It was great for our family of 4 with two toddlers. They really enjoyed the garden and everything in it. Sa Iba Resort exceeded our expectations, apartment was clean and well equipped with air conditioning in every room and lush grass at comfortable backyard, also outdoor grill place was nice. Our children enjoyed wonderful pool time and grate pizza’s at restaurant while adults enjoyed perfect gin coctail. Also the gym was good equipped and nice spa area. Thanks Dani and his team for wonderful staying. Additional thanks for all the helpful information and even guidance to experience local Nuraghe site. Definitely recommend stay in Sa Iba Resort.

Loved the apartment, spacious, with a huge bathroom, all the necessary amenities including a coffee maker with a supply of coffee capsules! Parking is possible near the house, but we used another parking <400m away. The hostess, very nice and helpful, showed us everything, gave thorough instructions and recommendations of local shops and cafes. Everything is just a few steps from the door.

It is inside Babai village and you can use the pool until 19:30, there is a restaurant with great food and handmade gelato!. You need to go to Tertenia for to shop any essentials, fuel and cigarettes which is 17 min drive.

There are numerous restaurants and bars close by, and parking is free. This part of the Sardinian coast is very undeveloped compared to the North East, so 15 minutes over the hills you can find Marina di Tertania. Here the beaches are wonderful (and free), copious car parking (free) with public toilets (free). A couple of beach shacks serving fresh fish and cold drinks (not free, obviously) complete the picture.
