    The great things are two: the location and the facility itself. The location is no more than 10 minutes away from the beach and the main restaurants. The apartment was very well built, and could be great if the maintenance was better.

    Loredana was extremely helpful and responsive. The house is very comfortable for 4-5 people. We were especially happy of having two bathrooms, which is not so common, and room to park the car in the front. The apartment even has an outdoor shower in the back yard. Initially we thought it would have been better located in the front (so that one didn't have to walk through the house with sandy feet), but we learned to appreciate it for extra privacy.

    The location is great: literally at the end of the street (50 m from the apartment) there is a good beach. The best beach we found however to be at Torre Sant Giovanni, 15 mins by car (access road is not paved but it is doable). It is an amazing beach (like in the Caribbean) with white sand and beautiful shallow cristal-clear water. The property has a private parking spot next to it in the shades.
