Beautiful and clean place with an amazing view of Como lake. The kitchen was very well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, tea, coffee, olive oil, and spices (that is really nice because it's kind of pointless having to search for a shop just to buy a pack of coffee or tea just so that you can have 2 or 3 cups during a short stay). Additionally, we received a welcome gift which was a super nice gesture. We will definitely choose this place if we come back to Como.

From the moment we arrived, the captivating views and the warm hospitality of our host, Mario, made it a truly memorable retreat. Casa Del Net is a hidden gem overlooking Lake Como, and the views from the apartment are nothing short of breathtaking. The pristine waters of the lake and the surrounding mountains create a serene backdrop, especially during sunrise and sunset. The brand new apartment itself is thoughtfully designed, with spacious rooms, comfortable funishings, and well-equipped kitchen made our stay feel like a home away from home. Every amenity possible for your stay is provided and if there is anything missing, you just have to message Mario and he will be ready and available to help. Mario, our host, played a pivotal role in making our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and a bottle of Prosecco, giving us a wealth of information about the local area. His recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, and hidden gems ensured that we experienced the best of Tremezzo and its surroundings. Grazie mille, Mario, for making our stay unforgettable!

Mario was the best host I have ever met in my entire life. He was always ready to go far and beyond for us, and gave us very solid advices about the attractions in Lake Como. The apartment was a bit far from the Tremezzo ferry station, but Mario greeted us and helped us get there by his car. If you want to try some authentic local cusine, you have to ask Mario. You should also download the Whatsapp app and message him directly, and he will answer any questions that you have. As for the apartment itself, Mario had kept it squeaky clean. He even prepared a collection of tea bags and an espresso machine, so that you can enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains from the apartment balcony. The bed was nice and comfy, and the whole place was kept quite cool even though it was burning hot outside. There is also a clean swimming pool outside. For us, staying in Tremezzo for our lake Como trip was the right choice, as Tremezzo tends to be more peaceful than other places like Bellagio or Como. It felt more authentic.

Como Lake Nest - studio with garden is a beautiful holiday residence in a beautiful location. It is a very comfortable studio with a closed garden, beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. There is a possibility to park in front of the building and even in the underground garage. For visiting restaurants, the car is ultimately not necessary. Food products are available in a few supermarkets in the area. At 150 meters from the studio there is a small beach, at about 1 km, a public park with bar where you can also swim in the lake. Within walking distance, there is a boarding station to the "Navigazione lago di Como". The ferries that circumnavigate the lake on a fixed schedule. Ideal to experience the multiple excursions. A holiday to repeat.

It is a first floor apartment with beautiful views from the living room, kitchen, and second bedroom. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked. They even had a new American coffee maker. The master bedroom has an en suite bath and there is a large second bathroom with a bathtub/shower with great water pressure. The location is very convenient to Switzerland.MichelleYoung couple

It is clean and there are enough utensils to make a meal. The property is a 10 minutes drive from Tremezzo Village and about 10 mins. drive to a supermarket. Be aware you will need a car to make your stay at this property accessible but there is on site parking. The hosts are very helpful with information about the surrounding areas.

We took most of our meals on the balcony, enjoying delicious local cheeses and wines. The flat is well located with parking, and close to restaurants and mini market. Thoughtful touches included the kitchen & bathroom amenity packs. Also very quiet & peaceful if you don’t mind the occasional church bells (adds to the atmosphere!)
