We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

Ideal for those eager to hit the slopes at Annupuri, the location is just a 5-minute drive away. Yoshi, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to secure a reservation for us at a local restaurant. The house is nothing short of amazing, living up to the expectations set by the pictures. A standout feature for our group of 5 was the efficient washing machine that effortlessly washed and dried our clothes with a single button press – a convenience we cherished every day. Highly recommended for a seamless and enjoyable stay!

The GM, Mirko Corbella greeted us on arrival and Mandy and her team were very attentive and helpful. Isaac drive us up to the gondola and helped us with our skis and boards. Milly helped with restaurant bookings, and we were driven there, and picked up. The on site ski rental shop also provided excellent service.
