The location was a 15 minute walk from Sendai station at a leisurely pace. Between busses and walking we were able to get around Sendai pretty easily. Food, museums, and shopping locations were all along the walk from the station so we were happy campers. The beds were comfy enough and the living room was bigger than we expected. The comforters on the bed were awesome and kept us so warm that some rooms didn't even need to have the heaters on while we slept even though it was so cold outside. We paid roughly $30 a night per person which we thought was extremely fair. I'd definitely stay here again. The hosts were also quick to respond to questions I had before our check-in date.

It’s not super close to the station but even with a suitcase it’s fine to walk, I even preferred that because you get to see a little bit of the city. There is a bus stop real near.
