Very clean, new and modern apartment building. Two bathrooms and everything else was provided (incl bittled water) Mahesh is a very nice and friendly landlord. Due to lightning strike the day before, his apartment’s AC was broken down but he arranged for an equal apartment in the same building immediately. Also he helped us buy some food late in the evening during heavy rain and a thunderstorm by driving us around the village. The next morning he took us to the airport in his car as a courtesy although he had to go to work himself. Extraordinary great hospitality. Thanks a lot.

The complex is new, guarded, clean swimming pool, the apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need. Quick communication with the owner.
