Everything was impeccable. Welcoming Host and very helpful. Room cleaning service provided .All facilities were available as expected: wifi, kitchen ,bed rooms, air conditioning .parking etc. Quiet environment less than 1 minute walk to Bras Deau Beach. The Bras Deau Nature park just behind the appartment. Very well located for a peaceful stay. Sunshine Fusion Restaurant just 50 metres and no need to worry about quality food. Overall everything was EXCELLENT and would highly recommend SUNSHINE RESIDENCE.

One of the best apartment we’ve stayed in from the moment we walked in, it was very clean and modern have the most amazing view. Have all the amenities in apartment even has a bbq on the balcony. Very secure and security guards both during the day & night and they were very helpful and nice. We ended up extending our stay for 2 more extra nights and Beata was very accommodating. Will definitely come back to this apartment for longer next time.
