The immediate outlook at first is a bit industrial, but amongst it is Altitude Brewery, Boatshed for breakfast, marina coffee shop, water taxi and lakeside walking track. The Remakables mountain range outlook is terrific. Good location especially if driving. Nice big apartment and good balcony. Comfy bed. Good shower. The apartment is sound proofed so, very quiet. Handy having a codepad instead of keys.
