My entire experience, from the facilities, the staff, the food...breakfast and dinner....room service was exceptional. When we arrived the room was warm and the fire place still on....this blew me away because we were freezing and it was drizzling a little bit as well. The as we went into the bathroom to start changing into warm comfortable clothes...we discovered that the bathroom floor had under-floor heating and super warm and cozy!!

The breakfast was a good, basic continental breakfast with cereal and yogurt options. Very good grainy bread for toast. The owners, Steve and Gillian are absolute gems!
