Beautifully kept and conveniently located home in the middle of a great orchard of fruit trees (that you are allowed to pick and sample local fruits from). Amazing, extremely caring hosts that provided generous supplies and stocked up the kitchen with plenty. The house is very nice and cozy.. a complete house with everything you need.. got games for kids to play.. the TV has Netflix, Disney plus and others.... and the toilet has a handheld bidet... the owner also prepared .some bread, milk and others things in the fridge for breakfast Would prefer to stay there again if visiting Hamilton

You need to update photos as I feel it looks much better now. The bed was comfortable, the heat pump was an added bonus. The size of the room and kitchen was spacious. The bathroom was neatly tucked away also. Nice and quiet area close to shops and restaurants. Absolutely loved our stay.

The location was great. We were a 13 minute walk from Grey Street with shops and restaurants. We felt very safe in the area. The location was quiet. The owners were nice and even hung our laundry on the clothesline for us, and when we asked for clothes hangers they gave us some. He also let us know about "cowtown" (Morrinsville) where they have 60 artsy cows each with their own unique painting. Morrinsville also has a giant cow to take a picture with.

Lost of different cereals to choose from, but I had all ready brought my own. There were other snacks in the cupboard which my sister enjoyed eating. lol It was differently a home away from home. Washing machine and all. The bed I slept in was very comfortable and if I brought my own pillow it would of been a perfect sleep, which I will bring next time I come. (Everyone has their special pillow) Glenn and Jordan are lovely, we enjoyed our conversations with them, and they were happy to go out of their way to help if you needed anything.
