We stayed in the apartment for a week and were very satisfied. The apartment was very clean, has a lot of storage space, a comfortable bed and a beautiful terrace upstairs with a view of the city. In addition, it was well equipped. The location also suited us very well. In the city there is a great restaurant, a cafe is just downstairs from the apartment. In Lagoa there is a great swimming pool also with places to swim in the ocean. In addition, there is also a fitness center in the city with a great view of the ocean.

Everything about this studio apartment was great! Lev was a great host. He was very informative, and you can tell he really put his heart into making this place special. So many small details that other hotels/accommodations miss. The location was great. It was right by the ocean and in the center of the island making it easy to get to all of the sites I wanted to see. I couldn't recommend this place more! I hope to come back to Sao Miguel and stay here again!

The apartment is clean, nice and well equipped. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help. He shares with you a personalized web page with all necessary information, what is a great idea. Location is a perfect starting point for island exploration if you have a car. There are a plenty of comfortable parking places, which don't require supernatural driving skills, while it's not so obvious on this island. ;) But there are also a few restaurants in the walking distance.

This was a fabulous stay for our time on Sao Miguel. Location was great to tour various parts of the island and it was immaculate. Our host Jose' was so accommodating and had great suggestions for restaurants, hikes and things to do in the area. It was a pleasant surprise to find a coffee pot in addition to an espresso machine so we could have a regular cup of coffee in the mornings as well. The unit was spotless and having the hot tub overlooking the ocean was a perfect way to end our days. 10/10 recommend!

Parking is available (and safe) right in front of each villa. Breakfast is good and access to the gym & jacuzzi & pool is right there (even in winter!). Very well located, right 15min from Ponta Delgada and within 30 to 45 minutes from anywhere on the island (as long as you've got a rental).
