We stayed in the apartment on the first floor (that would be the second floor for the US folks) and the views were extraordinary. I suspect the ground floor would be less so, but our apartment was great in that regard, making us spend the majority of our evening time on the balcony just watching and listening to the ocean waves. Also in the apartment itself, everything was clean and worked as expected. The kitchen was well equipped, including with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There were two small issues that we observed and mentioned it to the host more for tracking than as an actual issue but to our surprise the host fixed them within 2 hours. Amazing good and friendly service. Another nice advantage of the apartment is the location: if you want the hustle and bustle of a big town, this is not it. But if you prefer a quiet place with, easy access to the ocean, a few nice restaurants and (by car) easy access to the entire West of the island, than this is a good place.

Host was We enjoyed our stay a lot, the appartement is located right on the beach. The place is clean and is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Host was very friendly and available for questions, even left us a worm pie in the oven!

Incredible views all around from the deck and through the various windows in the unit. Given the shape of the roof, windows are above your head at an angle and open up and out. Still the views and sounds of the ocean across the street can be heard and appreciated. Unit is spacious and extremely comfortable, with all necessary amenities. We spent more time out and about exploring the island than we did here. However, this area of the island is serene and super chill. There is a parking lot across the street where you can park for free if you happen to have a rental car, and in the evenings there is a food truck that stations there and gets a lot of foot traffic. The host was very attentive throughout the stay. There aren’t too many places within walking distance, so having a car is better if staying here.

We didn't meet the owner, but communication was good and there was a lot of useful information available. The apartment is big and we loved the view and the terrace. Everything you might need is available.
