It was really amazing villa and very friendly landlords. We had fresh bread every day during our staying, wood for fireplace and very comfortable place to spend vacation. Will definitely come back!

While we never actually met Adelino, our host, we could not have been more pleased with our service and stay. Always checking in with us and quick responses throughout our week. Door codes were a wonderful access method that made check in very easy. We had both the 2 bdrm and 1 bdrm reserved. All friends agreed it was a delightful holiday. The apartments were beautiful, with modern furnishigs and the welcome basket was a perfect gift to get you through the mornings. Location was right in the middle of the marina so all areas, dining, shopping and activities were easily reached on foot. FYI, not only a washer, but also a drier which was a wonderful surprise! Can't say enough about this place. You'll love it!

Top notch. Just crashed and left in a hurry but it obviously was very comfortable place with many many niceties and minute details like pieces of unformation or great selection of hot drinks. Good communication, too. I hope someone else made some photos.

What a place! :) We stayed in the Rock unit (ground floor). Spacious, super clean, good wifi, well equipped (except maybe an extra set of beach towels for a week stay would have been nice), good aircon,…. And the view! Public “Natural pool” right in front of the unit, perfect for jumping in the ocean (except for when some idiots that use the spot to fish and can leave a mess… but it is a public space, so…). Easy and friendly communication with Carolina. Very good location, easy access by car to everywhere on the island, couple of nice restaurants nearby (walking distance),…. Only item, as mentionned by others, was the bed. A double was a little small for us. We’d love to come back!! Strongly recommended!!

    Central location in Ponta Delgada. There is a payed car park 5 min away walking. We left always our rental car there and overnight we payed 7 ~8 € over night. The apartment is well equipped and comfy. There is a cafeteria that belongs to the same company that serves brunch and pastries throughout the day.

    Very clean, spacious and modern apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Super nice and helpful owner. Although the apartment is not located in the city centre we really liked the location. There was always somewhere to park our car for free. Close to the airport, so you can hear the airplane well, but it adds to the charm of the apartments. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you! 😊

    Very modern Apartment. There is a community Room where you can cook an everyrhing which is really nice. The location is also great. Check-in was very easy.

    Good location, check in went really good. The rooms were cleaned regularly, modern apartments. Bonus was the snack basket upon arrival. Overall a lovely stay.

    Great apartments, stunning view and loved the pool. Everything was provided including pool towels. Thank you for the nice treats. We were a family 2+2 and the booking was for 2 bedrooms but it was actually 1 bedroom and 1 studio apartment. The facilities were so nice we did not mind but were a bit confused at first and ended up with 1 adult & 1 child in each apartment at night.

    Modern apartment close to the centre of Ponta Delgada but not too busy. Very welcoming staff, even deep in the night when we arrived late. A great modern styled large bathroom, too. We spent the days self-catering, nice places for breakfast and dinner are in walking distance. If you plan to take a car there is plenty of public parking space directly outside but only free of charge on Sunday and at night.

    We enjoyed staying at this cute and modern apartment. The location was great for doing daytrips all across the island with a rental car. And Anne was a great host, replying super quickly to all of our messages.
