We have stayed at the property twice already, and loved both stays. The apartments are very new and exceptionally clean. The whole building is super well maintained. The property administrator is very friendly and accommodating. We had to book our stay very last minute and he was super responsive and helpful, for which we are very grateful. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, great minimalistic decor - which we love. Loads of space in the bedroom closet as well as in the bathroom, making a longer stay comfortable. Air-condition, as well as loads of windows - made a summer stay easy and not stuffy. There is free parking at the property which was a big plus! All in all, great choice for a stay in Cluj.

Getting into the apartment was amazingly easy. The owner sent a video with instructions how to get in, leaving little to interpretation. It's much more precise than a verbal description. More owners should do this. The apartment was huge. You could easily stay there comfortably for a prolonged time. The location was great too, near the university in the old part of the city. The rear of the building (see uploaded photo) looks to be part of the city wall. There are numerous restaurants in the area.

The balcony has a lovely view and it's fantastic to see that the flat was built in a modern design way. Situated in a very nice area, this accommodation is best for those who prefer a quiet environment. The Old-Town centre is nearby, alongside many restaurants and different tourist attractions. The small studio flat has everything that a visitor on a short stay may possibly need - for cooking, eating, personal cleanliness. Comfortable large size bed, bedside table with lamp, fair window view of the countryside north of the city, even party games for rainy days.
