    The swimming pool is 4 min walking from apartment next to main street, the contact with owners was just amazing. The apartment was clean, we got towels and soaps. The kitchen was very well equipped.

    We needed and received a wheelchair accessible room, that worked well for us. The location was where we needed to be and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also allowed for a late checkout, so that triple A was able to change our flat tire.

    The hosts are terrible and unreliable. The place was filthy, not properly maintained. The games were broken, the air condition/heat is blocked and you cannot set the temperature above or below a certain point. There were many things broken and the hosts were not responsive and do not care. Lavish Keys is not to be trusted at all. We have pictures and proof of everything included a text message admitting such by their representative. We found an open condom packet in one of the bedrooms. They are not concerned with hygiene at all.

    The king bed was horrible, the unit was not stocked with anything. There were no instructions for internet or TV and no one would get back to us for a few days. Regal palms does not own these condos so take no ownership of anything
