    The hosts are terrible and unreliable. The place was filthy, not properly maintained. The games were broken, the air condition/heat is blocked and you cannot set the temperature above or below a certain point. There were many things broken and the hosts were not responsive and do not care. Lavish Keys is not to be trusted at all. We have pictures and proof of everything included a text message admitting such by their representative. We found an open condom packet in one of the bedrooms. They are not concerned with hygiene at all.

    The king bed was horrible, the unit was not stocked with anything. There were no instructions for internet or TV and no one would get back to us for a few days. Regal palms does not own these condos so take no ownership of anything

    I found the virtual check-in super efficient! I didn't have to worry about going to the supermarket to buy basic cleaning items, such as dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, etc. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Without a doubt, I would stay again, only by making an advance request for the cleaning of the air conditioners.
