I loved my stay at this condo! It was comfortable and charming -- it's actually more modern than the pictures show, meaning they have some new furniture in there that made the place look even better. I loved being able to take a bath, do laundry, and sit out on the lanai -- all while feeling very private. Great location as well -- you're so close to both Poipu and Kiahuna Beaches, which are just great. Oh! The place was also really well equipped with beach stuff, which was just an extra treat! Jolie and Stephen were very thoughtful about the whole place and even helped me figure out how to better cool down the bedroom when it was a bit warm for me -- great stay!

Kuhio Shores 410, apartment in Koloa

The units in the apartment complex are equipped with a coffee machine. Some of the units feature a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a bath and a hair dryer. At the apartment complex, the units come with bed linen and towels.

The unit was beautiful, but we had to sleep in our car the first night because of miscommunication. The host supposedly gave us a one night refund plus a $100 gift card, but the amount refunded is not 1/5 of our total fee we paid for renting this unit. I would like a breakdown of our refund and why it is more than $200 less than 1/5 of the monies paid you.

Less than 1 mile from Poipu Beach Park and Shipwreck Beach, this 70-acre resort at the southern tip of Kauai features outdoor pools and apartments with full kitchens.

Each bright and spacious apartment at Aston at Poipu Kai is furnished with a private patio and a washer and dryer. The kitchen is complete with an oven, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Guests can use DVD movie rentals.

Front Desk Staff (Mae and Kaysha) were exceptionally helpful--always smiling/friendly, gave good advice re: places to go, dining, etc.---They were amazing! When there were technical problems in the room (TV, internet, etc.), and maintenance was called, they came in record time (usually 5 minutes or less!!)--have been places where you wouldn't get service for a day or two--this was exceptional service! Liked that you could get DVDs to watch for free--provided something to do in the evenings.

I signed up for 4 adults but my daughter & husband didn’t want to stay with Mom & Dad. I am interested in units where grandchildren (under 12) stay FREE. I paid $800 but saw units available for $600 children stay free. I will continue to RENT condos for the best deal since I am visiting my grandchildren on Kauai I would prefer $600 check in Friday check out Sunday Lilinoe.Yong@gmail.com

    The location was great, as it was close to great beaches and an excellent area for walking. The lanai was peaceful with beautiful landscaping—a quiet decompression place. The condo was clean and provided a much better experience than any hotel room.

    It's a wonderful location in a quiet residential neighborhood. Good restaurants within walking distance. The condo (#124) was beautiful and comfortable, well stocked and had an amazing patio in the ocean. Pool area was beautiful and warm. Seems more suited for adults then teens/kids. Very quiet which I loved! Small beach nearby but had a short drive to swim/ snorkel.

    Exceptional!! Plenty of space for up to 8 people - 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, and a couch pullout bed. we LOVED this apartment for our family vacation. I loved all the stocked kitchen supplies and plenty of towels and swimming towels. You have everything you need, unlike other condos.

    Beautiful location and view . apartment was very spacious and sparkling clean . we were able to check in very early which was a great bonus for our short stay .
