These aspects complemented the towering cliffs provided by Ouray's rocky boundaries. As for the room, we were comfortable with the warmth provided by the heating unit and we were entertained by the flat-screen TV, which had a great signal. It was nice to have laundry (paid) right next door and we appreciated that the laundry was on a timer so the washers and dryers would not run past 9pm. The kitchen facilities were fine, although the checklist for the count of items in the kitchen did not match what we actually had. The fireplace was nice.

I loved that I could do laundry while staying there. Great views of the mountains from our deck. Since there is no a/c in the bedrooms, we had to keep the windows open. I was afraid that the noise would keep me awake, but we were next to flowing water. The sound was like white noise and actually helped me sleep better. It gets cool at night, so not having A/c in the bedroom was not a problem!

Really a first floor one bedroom apartment with lots of space. Pull in parking spaces at the side of the house. Discounted tickets to the hot springs swimming pool.
