The hosts are very warm and friendly, they actually asked if I wanted to check out at a later time which I did so that alone is 5 stars from me😄. There was an electrical fault in Queenstown from the time I checked in till I left but the owners had a generator running the entire time so the outage didn’t affect us.

There was no breakfast. The bed cover was dirty and the service was very poor. Apartment was big which is one service I liked. We had to ask for toilet paper and we waited 20min on Saturday until the gate was open. The lady who handed over the key had a stinking attitude and told us that her mom deals with the booking. It was such a horrible experience for us. We are never going back there clearly they don't know how to serve customers.
