Modern, comfy with well equipped kitchen, balcony and 2 bathrooms. It is located in the heart of Lipno nad vltavu but it was also very quiet at the same time. Many hiking options around, bikeways along the lake and beautiful nature to explore and also restaurants and grocery stores. We would love to go back.

The location is perfect, several touristic ways start in front of the apartment so you don't need to use car at all during your stay. Every apartment has own sitting area with grill. So you can enjoy nice time outside because the nature around really worth it. Also the hosts are really nice and helpful people. At the apartment complex, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. This is a top notch accommodation : clean, spacious, with quiet rooms and beautiful view to the river + it has a terrace. Modern interior, living room and sleeping room are separated, the bathroom has a rain-head shower, there is a washing machine , microwave oven, dishwasher, barbecue grill (!), kettle, coffee machine and cutlery+plates available + a fridge , free Wi-Fi, dimming curtains in living room and sleeping room. It takes 5 minutes to get to the central square on foot. Rezidence Valcha exceeded my expectations. I wish I had stayed there longer
