My parents whom I booked this stay for didn't speak any Czech or English, and it was their first trip, so they were quite nervous, because their bus was late. But the front desk manager helped them to get to the point and assisted them in all way possible. I am very grateful for that. Also very convenient, clean and beautiful historic place for a reasonable price. Totally recommend.
