Very clean well serviced apartment with very good facilities. Location is excellent close to beach,entertainment,shops and restaurants. Parking on site is really convenient and key code entry works really well and saves worrying about having a key with you. I would recommend these apartments and will stay again.

This apartment made our first impressions of Norwich great! We arrived late in the evening, tired, but the apartment impressed us so much that our strength was renewed! Very stylish, everything is designed in the same style, I wanted to photograph every piece of the apartment. This is a real insta apartment. The hosts were so friendly that they were ready to meet and show everything. They also allowed us to leave our luggage for longer than the policy, so we could safely walk around the city without our bags the next day! Everything we need was in the apartment, even sauces, olive oil for cooking. It seems that everything was new: dishes, bedding, hair dryer. There was even a shower gel for face in the bathroom! Iron and ironing board. Basically everything you need for a long stay! Too bad we only had one night. We would love to stay longer. We didn’t even want to leave the apartment for the city walking, it was so good!

The apartment is excellent, it is a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be and has absolutely everything you need. It is positioned perfectly, close to everything but on a quiet street. There is excellent double glazing so for a city stay it was very quiet at night. There are blackout blinds in the single room and in the en-suite bedroom, which is fantastic for us as a family. The beds were very comfortable and the sofa bed is huge. The showers are luxurious and there are toiletries available too. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was stocked with condiments and hot drinks, it was a lovely thought. The communication was excellent, we were able to book very last minute. As regular visitors to Norwich, we will definitely be staying here again, we are so happy we found this apartment.

Lovely apartment right in city centre. Had an issue with door lock when returning from night out but could not fault response to this. Would stay again 😄

Lovely, welcoming hosts. I felt at ease and at home and enjoyed the fresh eggs, milk and cookies they offered. The cabin is cozy, warm and covered basic needs. Nice view of the water and a paved walking path down the to the beach next to property.

Brilliant pub across the road. Pop downstairs for some great brunch food and do not miss out on the brownie or carrot cake. Space was large, very modern facilities and super nice management. Loved the decor and the automatic lighting. There was even a couple of treats left for me and some tasty coffee from the shop below. The food downstairs was excellent, never had such a tasty eggs Benedict! And the iced mocha was to die for!
