The breakfast was both fantastic in taste and quality, and different in a good sense. You book the breakfast content over the web and in the next morning it's delivered to the patio in a big basket. Very nice to have breakfast outside, overlooking the inlet to the Serifos harbor. The room was large, fully equipped even for cooking. This green-field hotel was opened in 2022. The design and quality is top notch. Nice pool, but just a minute walk away is a long sand/pebble beach, lined with trees that provide some shade if you want. The owners Stratos and Maria are such a welcoming and service minded couple. A few minutes walk down to the harbor, and all the restaurants. Highly recommended.

All room facilities were comfortable, clean and just very nice - a touch of modern but also some rustic vibes that fit the area well. The breakfast is big, simply delicious and brought to your room fresh every morning. The location is within easy reach to the port, the Livadi beach and many bars and restaurants - while still offering lots of quiet, a cute quiet shared garden and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We splurged for the room with a jacuzzi and was totally worth it. Last but definitely not least, the staff was very helpful for all our questions and wants (spoke English very well so communication was easy), and always polite.

Lovely apartments that have everything you need. Around the corner from all the restaurants and shops in Livadi and easy to reach all the beaches and other towns on the island. The apartments have everything you need, and are very clean and comfortable. The owners are also extremely kind and make sure you have the best stay!

The appartment is at very convenient calm location, just 10 mins from the port and the main area with restaurants, cafes and shops. The view from the terrace overseeing the bay is perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equiped and the house is beautifully decorated. Very nice place to stay, great value. Also the host is very nice and kind always available for questions and other guidance. Would love to come back soon!
