Our hosts were the kindest and most welcoming people we met so far in Jordan. They were always eager to help and did everything in their power so we can have our best vacation. The food was plenty and tasty.

Situated in Wadi Musa and only 2.2 km from Petra, Petra Voila features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This apartment offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. When Tamer showed us his place during check-in, he expressed his desire for his guests to feel at home. True to his words, we indeed felt at home. He promptly responds to calls and messages on phone or Whatsapp, and is always willing to assist if needed. Also recommend great places to eat or worth to visit. The room we stayed in, along with all the common facilities, were immaculately clean. It felt like we were not in Jordan but in a western country. It was a perfect place for a good night's sleep and to rejuvenate after long trips around. We were given breakfast boxes for our Petra trip, which included sandwiches, juice, sweets, and fruits, enough to last the whole day. However, the highlight of our stay was the homemade Mansaf dinner, which was incredibly delicious. We were unable to finish the food due to its generous portion size.

A little bit off city, but if you have a rent-a-car, it´s a great position and a very calm street. Host is great and very helpful.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. the room was clean with newer furnishings. the view was outstanding. it was a really cute entrance and the sitting room had nice comfortable and clean couches. the breakfast was good and the host was helpful and available whenever we needed. the bathroom had everything we needed and was clean.

At the aparthotel, units have bed linen and towels. The apartment is perfectly located – very close to the entrance of Petra (5 minutes by car). You can also walk to the entrance if you have no car. Our room provided the perfect accommodation for our needs, it was very clean, spacious and the view we had of Wadi Musa from our window was just incredible. We also had access to the rooftop terrace which also has an incredible view of the city (the terrace wasn't completely finished at the time of our visit but it should be soon, we are sure that it will make the experience even better for future visitors as the owner was kind enough to show us pictures of what the final result should look like and it was absolutely stunning). When we booked this place, we read several reviews saying that the owner of the place (Mr. Otaiba) was amazing and that, that alone, should convince people to book this place. After our short stay in Petra, we 100% understand all the reviews we read about Otaiba and his staff (Shadi). They truly made us feel like friends/family staying in their home due to their kindness and hospitality rather than guests staying in a hotel. They helped us plan two perfect days in Petra and recommended lots of great restaurants. Otaiba was also kind enough to take us to see the sunset in a place not very well known by tourists and we had the most beautiful view of Wadi Musa from this place thanks to him. They also let us use the building's washing machine (at no extra charge) which was really helpful. They also prepared generous breakfast boxes to go as we were visiting Petra early in the morning. I received a personal welcome message from Mahdi right after the booking, and he made sure our arrival was smooth until the day we arrived. Throughout our stay, Mahdi always welcomed us with smile and local help and informations. His wife cooked the most delicious meal and it was the best meal we had in Jordan! The house is one of the newest houses in the town with a beautiful sunset view in the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot thank Mahdi enough for his kindness!
