Our family went with a group of friends and had children with us and everyone had a great time. What's great is that all of the rooms have locks as well, so even with a large group everyone had their own space. Beds were large and comfy. Enough bathrooms to go around. The kitchen was very well equipped, it came with utensil essentials and a large supply of glasses and plates. The view outside is absolutely breathtaking! If you do end up staying around fall/winter, I would recommend checking in at the earliest check-in time to enjoy the view while it's still light out. I would definitely return when I have a chance!

We were blown away by the size of the room, especially being in Japan! It was huge and a full set up with kitchenette, entry way, it was more than what we asked for. The location was perfect, about a 10 min walk from the train station and right on the river with the back patio (yes, there is a little patio that you entry via sliding glass doors) opening right out to the river and cherry blossoms. Everything was very clean and comfortable and very well put together. It was no contact check in and check out, very private and easy to do. We didn’t talk to a soul while we were there and it was very quiet.
