Excellent customer service, Daniela is a very friendly and Polite lady. She helped me with all my cuestion before, during, and after my stay. I appreciated it very much! She is a very patient person, I bombarded with a lot of cuestions. Very quiet place, very centric to the historical part of the city, to Tlaquepaque, which is a center of hand crafted art, great gourmet cuisine, beautiful colonial buildings, and much , much more!!!! If there were more stars 🌟 on the review options, I would give 10 stars!!!!!

Being honest the cleaning and comfortable conditions of the apartment are good for the value of the money spent but the facility IT'S NOT SAFE AT ALL, STAY AWAY FROM IT! I have being robbed of my whole backpack (with passport, credit cards, a drone, a camera, clothes and all my most precious personal belongings) directly from my room while I was outside and exactly the last night of my stay. Coincidence or bad luck? Well it's hard to know since the property didn't take any responsibility. They didn't provide any insurance and they didn't offer any assistance even in checking the only CCTV system present inside the structure (no camera presence outside the building to protect their customers).

La Posada Pacifica is incredible. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, so comfortable, the A/C works great but there are heaps of fans too, the kitchen is great, the wifi strong. But by far the best part is the balcony and the view. The river and mountains are always visible and we spent hours watching the summer storms. The location is perfect because you're away from the other tourists but just a short walk to everything in the town. Boca de Tomatlán is a paradise and this hotel was my favourite stay in all of Mexico.
