The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

The host was very kind and supportive, he gave us all the information about shops, restaurants and resort. Also the ski room, among normal equipment, had a lockable wardrobe for drying and disinfecting clothes, which was extremely convenient. I wold definitely recommend Zore Jasna and will return there again for sure )))
