Everything was sparkling clean. The house has everything you could need to feel at home. It's a cozy and comfortable space in a great location. The host was really nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Fairbanks.

The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and a nice kitchenette. There is a great view of the lake and the sea planes. We enjoyed the restaurant on site, the food was good and the staff was very friendly. Also, Homer Brewing is a short walk across the street.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and heating. The kitchen was well equipped for basic needs. The staff were very helpful when we had an issue checking in. The location wasn't luxurious but was a good base from which to explore downtown Anchorage and only $10 in an Uber.

Bathroom door is imposible to close. Shower was difficult to turn on. Beds were too tall to get into. Assist bars would have been nice to get off the toilet. I am slightly handicapped and these observasions are from my point of view.
