Great place, wonderful view, has everything you will need, very new, very clean, the roof was closed because it is winter ,but look great also. Everything else was working, the little pool was with hot water, super cool yard.

Wonderful place; renovated old house with modern facilities and all comfort you may need, clean, with magnificent views over the Mediterranean sea. Perfect for couples and families, but not for handicapped persons. Amazing terrace with the sun during a long period of the day.

During our recent trip to the charming town of Menton in southern France, we had the pleasure of staying in this spacious apartment hotel. The apartment had a large and exquisite bathroom, and the living area, in which the bed was situated, was tastefully decorated and well maintained. One of the standout features of this accommodation was the presence of two large doors leading out onto a private terrace. From this vantage point, we were treated to beautiful views of the town and glimpses of the sea. It provided the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in the picturesque scenery. The apartment hotel also boasted a lovely garden, adding a serene touch to the ambiance. Additionally, the availability of a coffee machine, kettle, and breakfast-making equipment allowed us to start our mornings at our own pace, enjoying a homemade breakfast in the comfort of our own space. In terms of location, the apartment hotel was situated in a quiet and pleasant area, conveniently close to various restaurants, shops, the train station, and Menton's charming old town.

Elena,the owner was extremely kind, helpful and very accommodating. The location is ideal - close to the centre ,easy to get there, easy to park, but not too remote. The train station is a big plus. The studio is luxurious, it is very comfortable and it has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Nice , clean , comfortable apartment. Nearest grocery store approx 10-15 minutes, a lot of restaurants , cafes in port. Not noisy at all. Wonderful host.
